Transformations Wellness Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon is a non-profit substance use disorder treatment center, which offers both residential substance use disorder treatment and outpatient services in this rural community. According to Operations Manager, Michael Rivera, “This area is facing a critical public health problem of escalating opioid use, particularly with heroin.
